  If you've had chain pizza before, you know that even when it's bad it's at least half decent. Toppers (at least here) definitely isn't bad. We ordered a quick dinner for 2 for pickup from this location as we were getting some housework done. There was a nice deal online for a medium 2-topping pie with a 1/2lb of boneless wings for roughly 12 bucks it the door, so we went with a sausage and pepperoni pizza with their "boom boom" sauce wings.
  
  The order was ready in 15 minutes and had just finished as we arrived (we walked since we live so close). Staff was friendly and got us in and out very painlessly. The food was great. The pizza tastes like regular, chain pizza in a good way; well-baked with good crust (think Domino's but better?), And the boom boom wings were a nice surprise. You can tell grandma didn't make them, but the sauce is interesting enough to make me wanna get them again to really be sure I like them.  Solid, fast pizza place food for a good price. It'll be a nice option if you live in Bayview, especially since they're open late.

  I stopped ordering from here a while back, and tonight I was reminded why.  Short version of this review - horrible service and extremely overpriced food!
  
  Tonight I ordered our food; a medium meat-lovers pizza, single order of original topper stix, and boneless hot wings, via the internet for delivery.  I completed this order at around 7:10 PM and shortly after placing the order I was given an expected arrival time of 7:51 PM via email.
  
  7:51 PM came and went, no food.  8:00 PM, nothing.  8:15 PM, still waiting!  8:30 PM, not here yet!!  8:45 PM, somethings surely not right, so I decide to call.  Phone doesn't ring on their end, instead immediately feeds you Topper's commercials, and only after listening to 4-5 of them do I finally get to speak to someone...."OK, what's your name, please hold while I check on it."  More waiting for me.... "Looks like yours is the next out the door!"  No apologies, no explanation.  I've already been waiting an hour and 35 minutes at this point?!
  
  On another note, let's talk cost.  Medium hand tossed meat topper pizza is $13.99.  Single Topperstix and 1/2 lb hot boneless wings are $5.99 each, which they call a deal.  Total cost for me, approximately $32 which includes a $3.49 delivery fee.  Compared to their competitors (Pizza Hut, Dominoes, and Little Caesars) that's pretty expensive!  
  
  9:05 PM Topper's car pulls up in front of my house.  The guy walks up, pizza bag in hand.  "I have a card for you, it's good for a large pizza, but you have to use it in the next year."  Then he starts handing me my food.  "Sign the top copy."  No "thank you for you patience," no "sorry for the long wait," nothing else!
  
  1 hour and 55 minutes waiting for a medium pizza, breadsticks, and wings!  Unacceptable!!!
  
  I won't take another chance with Topper's.  On to another pizza chain that actually wants my return business.

  The website wont let me use any deals. It is making me pay full price for everything. Not sure whats going on.

  I called in an order to this location and when I arrived for my pizza, I was told I didn't have an order. The worker did not offer to fix the mistake or make the pizza. He just continued working. Worst customer service!

  Got my pizza 1.5 hours after I ordered it, got none of my sauces that I ordered, and my cinnamon sticks had no cinnamon on them. Very disappointed, but at least they made the pizzas with the right toppings.
